I’ve heard that I can get by with a basic plan offering around 200 MB of data per month, and I’ve seen a few options out there for about $5 a month. My only issue is I do not know what the laws are. Are there frequencies open to just use, do they need a business license (even if it is just a family operation), power limits, things like that.
